Oven Baked Chips

6 Organic red skinned potatoes 
2 Tablespoons organic olive oil
1 Teaspoon himalayan sea salt

Thinly cut potatoes into uniform slices. Toss with olive oil and salt. Roast into oven preheated to 425 for 10-15 minutes each side until crisp.
