Swiss chard, high in phytonutrients and vitamins K, A and C, is recognized as a healthy food not only for its high nutrient density but also its blood sugar regulating properties. Pair with quinoa, a protein packed grain-like seed, as well as anti-oxidant rich lemon and garlic and this combination  takes on a very meal like feel.
