Sugary cereals, processed, saturated fat filled high sodium sandwiches, and beverages like chocolate milk and fruit juice not only add zero nutritional value, they are also damaging our children's health by causing metabolic disorders, contributing to the obesity epidemic, and paving the way for chronic diseases such as cancer in adult hood.

Rosanne Spinali Walsh Born and raised in the Boston area, I am a 1st generation Italian American, mother of two young daughters. After losing my husband and father to cancer, I decided to leave my corporate marketing career to launch a non-profit focused on promoting healthy living and disease prevention through nutrition. I am an AADP certified Holistic Health Coach and also offer programs geared towards weight loss for women.
