Massage therapy is commonly identified as a luxury service - pampering for the wealthy and a waste of money to the frugal minded. However modern research is now extolling the benefits of massage therapy as means to reduce stress, eliminate toxins, ease pain, manage depression/anxiety, improve sleep, reduce inflammation, and strengthen the body's immune system - which when kept strong, is our best defense against life-threatening diseases such as cancer.
